Return Process
- 1.Inspect Upon Delivery
Please examine your package immediately upon arrival to ensure the vacuum seal is intact and the cooling elements are still effective.
- 2.Document Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, take clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label within 24 hours of receipt.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our concierge team at support@imperiacaviar.com with your order number and documentation to initiate a claim for a replacement or store credit.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2 business days and, if approved, will expedite a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
